My installer wired my 2013 Tundra back up cam to my Avic-Z140bh thru the rear view mirror display. There are lines on the display when in back up mode. He hooked up a non avic unit and no lines. I realize that the cam signal has to be reduce in voltage for the Pioneer unit, but he says that tapping off the rear view mirror signal is already reduced. Anybody else try this set up. I know on the Tundra forums they run a resistor from the cam signal to the avic with no problem.

My unit fails to boot if I leave a dvd disk in the unit. Call me crazy but when there is no disk it boots up perfectly....put in a disk, and no boot up. Anybody else try this?
