hello I am looking for some help if possible. went to install this unit in my wife's 2011 jeep compass with premium Boston acoustics audio. I purchased the cr2 chry4 as the adapter harness. (had originally hooked up with axxess harness and created password to find out it would not work. Now that it's hooked up with new adapter, screen is frozen password with no option to input. can't seem to get this thing working. "Murphy's Law" ANY INPUT WOULD BE MOST APPRECIATED
