Hi all, Happy new year I have the same problem like hjames710. The phone menu is grey and inactive, the only active functions in settings menu are av settings and sound settings. Also the icon ADRESS in navigation menu is inactive. When searching for active bluetooth devices with my phone it doesn find anything although the unit is working. The bluetooth lamp only flashes several times when boot up and after that is off. Reseting the unit several times - no change
The parking wire is connected to ground zero. All power connections are ok. What is the problem, please help
