  1. I know... I just wish it wasn't so darn expensive.
  2. Whew, that sounds pretty rough. I'd actually be more interested at this point in finding a 12V source for night time. The headlights always stay on, but the dash console lights up only at night. Is that only part of the CAN, or can I tap somewhere? gtsdohcvvtli: There is absolutely no good way (or there wasn't a year ago) to get into the MOST system. So, I completely bypassed it. 4. So back to the original topic.... My instrument panel in the Volvo XC90 comes on at night, but the headlights are always on. The fuse box has nowhere to tap into the instrument panel fuse, because it is shared (I think). Does a photocell make sense here?
  5. I have a 2004 Volvo XC90 with a Z1, and am also looking for a place to tap into. The headlights are always on, but the instrument cluster does illuminate only at night. Where can I tap into to connect the illum wire?
  6. WOW 20 min response. Can't thank you enough... Which fuse box? There is one in the engine compartment, one in the driver side dash, and one in the back near the left tail light.
  7. Thank you so much, shotgun... Do you happen to know the ILLUM wire location as well?
  8. I need the same (VSS wire location/color) info for a 2004 Volvo XC90, please... Thanks!
  9. Any idea if there even is a VSS wire?
