Touch panel for the hard buttons right, the screen is fine just a couple buttons on the bottom.

Has anyone had an issue with the buttons on the faceplate becoming unresponsive? I have an 8600 and on the ride home last night I tapped the home button and got no response, all other buttons other than volume up and home work just fine. Tried reset but did nothing.

I searched and cannot find a definitive answer so I figured I would ask the pros! What template or settings is everyone using in handbrake or any other program to get videos to play on the 8000? I tried a few different setting and found one that I thought would work, but some still are unplayable. Thanks guys.
