Thanks guys, I've got version 3.x loaded on there now and it is working good. Alot quicker than version 2. Sorry for the delay in responding. I might look into upgrading to 4, but I'll stick with 3 for now. Thanks for all the help!

Thanks. I found a version called hybrid 4.001 with no maps on the net. Would that be safe to upgrade too? Or should I go with the 3.x? Let me know if you find it. I definitely want to upgrade the maps. These that I have suck lol. Thanks again!

Hi everyone, I just bought a F700BT and am trying to figure out a few things. I want to update the maps on them, but not sure how to do it. The response time on the unit is kinda slow. Is there a fix for this? I haven't messed with any DVD units at all, so I am totally new to this. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've looked at a few threads and they are kinda confusing, so I'm hoping someone might be able to guide me on this. I do have the parking brake mod in place. Any help would be much appreciated!
