Oke people. the above problem is fixed. I managed to connect it to the the AR with the S3. However now the screen doesnt show me the standard apps of pioneer!!! WHAT To do? It's just giving me a blackscreen with a white coloured ball.

OKE I managed to swap into Android system! With the Off button as you guys said. However when I tried to put it back to Iphone 5, it really got stock!!! THA next problem is that apps are not running! Everything is black! any help?

WHOLY CRAP! LETS SWAP! I CANT CHANGE MY IPHONE AV SETTING INTO OTHER!!!! AS I WANT TO USE THE ANDROID INSTEAD OF THE IPHONE 5!!!! Just started to post as well, why I cant change it back to the android system

Hello All, I have updated the firmware to 8.30 for my Iphone 5. Everything works smoothly, but i'm just not happy with the iphone 5's possibilities so I tried to downgrade it back to 8.17 to be compatible with Android, but it seems i do not need to downgrade. So now I try to connect the S3 with the AR and i cannot change the connection type on the screen into "other" (See picture below). The connection type is now: Iphone (Digital AV) I haven't removed the iphone 4 cable though. Will this really help to make the radio compatible with the android again? Please help
