  1. You may do yourself a favor and switch to the iPhone, android is nothing but a headache at this point with the x950.
  2. I've come accross an odd problem with 3 phones, HTC One, One X, Xperia ZL. It seems that the blue tooth will connect fine for phone and audio streaming, however the appradio app has a few issues which generally show up after the first successful connection 1. The app fails to initiate blue tooth connection when blue tooth is off 2. If blue tooth is on and the app is started it wont try to connect without quiting and restarting the app 3. If a connection happens it will disconnect within a second and go back to "ready to connect" and will attempt to connect eventually and on and on. Th
  3. This was impossible to get working, I was on the phone with pioneer tech support, I think I knew more than they did about their own unit. I returned the phone and got an Xperia ZL, which did work the first time, and that was it. Back to return both phones. Ill explain in another thread.
  4. So I bought an HTC One to test today as I was having problems with the One X, I needed to see if it was the deck it's self or my phone that was having issues. I think it was my phone. Anyway the One seemed to connect using the pioneer mhl and blue tooth. However the appradio didn't seem to take control. I'm actually not sure what is supposed to happen, allow me to control the apps from the play store that are made for the android I assume. Anyway what I got on the screen was mirroring of my phone. When I select the app button from the main screen of the 950 I would get the mirroring, everythin
  5. That I did not try, I will tonight. I bought a new HTC One to test and when I hooked it up to the mhl on the 950 I saw my phone screen. I'm not sure that was supposed to happen.
  6. I tested the pioneer mhl adapter on my tv so that works, and the usb from the 950bh has enough power to charge the phone when plugged directly to the phone. I did a factory reset on the phone and reinstalled the appradio apps. I'm at a loss.
  7. Hmmm, even with my limited French i don't think that has anything to do with my problem. I did figure out that if i went to the settings of my phone and clicked on media link, then plugged in to the deck that a video would play, introducing the media link option in the HTC. However ad soon as I hit a button on the phone the deck screen would go blue and the phone screen would go garbly again.
  8. Hi, I just installed my system, the bypass is done and works fine. BT is paired and app radio bt works fine for music seaming, however when i connect the mhl cable, the screen on my phone flashes garbage, lines and white noise . When i select the apps button on the unit i get a blue screen and a small sliver at the top seems to be my phone's screen. If i touch the blue screen i get a do not touch screen Icon flashing. I cant seem to find any setting in the phone for the video output. Any body can help? Thanks
