I forget exactly where to find it but somewhere in the bluetooth settings on the wing there is an option or a place to put check marks to select to use as a phone or as a music player or both. For some reason the D3 can only recognize the wing as either a phone or a music device not both at the same time. If you want to use it as a phone then you need to disable the BT music and it should work fine at least mine does.

Finally got all the stuff, turns out Compuplus shipped two seperate packages and only gave me one tracking number. I am a bit disappointed in how long it took to get everything but the prices were great and if you don't mind waiting a couple weeks then I can verify that I did eventually recieve everything I ordered. I am going to install this weekend in my '01 Lightning will take some pics to post up when I'm done. Cheers everyone! P.S. When did you order it and what shipping method? Ordered it last Saturday. Well it arrived today, the Avic D3 anyway, the reciept/packing slip inside the box is for the D3 as well as the Xm Nav Traffic module (GEX-P10XMT) except that the only thing I recieved was the D3 no GEX-P10XMT so I guess I will be on the phone with them again tommorow. It seems as if they might have very good prices but the old saying still applies you get what you pay for. At this point I wish I would have just ordered from Crutchfield or even straight through Amazon. Hopefully I haven't ended up paying 900 dollars

Well still nothing from Compuplus, I recieved my order from Amazon for the BT200 placed a couple days after the order from Compuplus so I am really disappointed with their shipping time I do alot of online shopping on the weekends and if the item is in stock I have always recieved it before the next weekend but this is not the case with Compuplus. Price is good though so hopefully it will be worth the wait. Once again I will update when/if I recieve my D3 and XM/Nav traffic module from them. In the meantime if you can still get the deal through Crutchfield I would recommend going with them

I went ahead and ordered the bluetooth unit, found it for 158 shipped on Amazon so I bit the bullet. My phone supports streaming music through bluetooth so hopefully everything will work. It would be great to leave the phone in my pocket and be able to play the music on it through the D3! I will update once I get it installed!

you'll be fine i ordered my d3 and bluetooth adapter from compuplus Got it brand new and really fast with ground shipping.. I hope so! They sent an email today saying there was a problem processing my order, wrong phone number on my bank account or something, menawhile the two other orders I placed with the same credit card at the same time have already shipped and are on there way. I can't install until this weekend so as long as I get everything by Friday it will be great but so far no tracking number or anything and they have already charged my credit card. Nice price from a reputable dealer! I just oredered from Compuplus. I was hesitant to do so because of their bad reviews on reseller ratings but it seemed from most i've read on here the only problem was ordering expedited shipping and not getting it any faster than normal shipping so I went ahead with the purchase. Still crossing my fingers until the unit actually arrives! Probably would have ordered from Crutchfield if I had seen your post before clicking the submit payment button!

Just curious, I don't use an iPOD I have a T-Mobile Wing (Pocket PC Phone) that I also use as my "iPOD" the phone has bluetooth and I am wondering just how much you can do with the bluetooth adapter for the Avic D3. I just ordered from Compuplus yesterday so I haven't recieved it yet and I didn't order the bluetooth unit because I think it is a bit expensive for purely the phone integration while I am driving but I was wondering if the D3 would be able to see all the music stored on my pocket pc via the bluetooth adapter? If anyone has any experience wit this please advise! Also is it
