  1. jzsax, Can you clarify? Does the head unit give an error reading the European disc? is there a code or some other text on the screen that may help identify the malfunction? I have other branded GPS systems designed and sold in the US working fine in Europe so I am understandably curious.
  2. I believe all you need is the european GPS antenna to secure GPS function in europe. I have an Avic D3 in a 350Z that will soon join my Acura in eastern europe and the GPS in that car works fine. I doubt the head unit is different, as vehicle voltage is the same from the USofA to europe. Good ol' 12 volts. The satellite network is different but that is where the correct antenna comes in. That is what feeds the signal to the head unit. Just my opinion.
  3. What adapter would be needed for the antenna? It plugged right into the d3. I do have the harness adapter but two of the plugs from the oem radio go unused. Also, the factory radio is doing the same thing now that it did not do before I started taking things apart. Neither the factory radio or the D3 have radio reception.
  4. No reception with either the stock radio or D3, I am wondering if there is a fuse/relay for the antenna amp.
  5. I am also having a radio reception problem...as in I have no reception. Any ideas?
  6. Hello, I am installing a D3 into my 350Z and I need the VSS wire location as well as a location close to the radio for the reverse lead. Thanks in advance... David
