I have connected the iphone 5 directly to the phone, instead to the video adapter and it is available the apps and ipod function but it says error-02-67

I have tried but it doesnt let me I put one file on the usb drive as the instructions says and it dont let me upgrade it.

Hi, I recently bought an APPRadio 2 SPH-DA100 used from ebay, When I installed into my car with all the cables for the ipod 5 it just works for the radio, when i press the Apps it says loading and stops at 50 %, when I click setting to reset to default, the OK button isn´t available so I cannot reset. It seems that the previous owner has an Android and the radio has his configuration. How can i reset to defaults, so I can start using the radio??? Thanks!!!
