  1. AVIC-N1 with recent 70 series disks installed and had the eBay guy (RCH71) solder the bypass. Along with a new flex cable, and micro switch. Now the issue is today I tried to make a new mp3 cd to listen to and when I insert it nothing happens. It no longer says playing or anything. I checked sources and my "DISC" icon is now faded away and I can't play anything. I have not tried a DVD. How did this happen? I have a picture to show you.
  2. After a failed attempt to solder the bypass on an orginal N1 screen. I gave up and re-installed the unit, failing to realize I ripped the ribbon cable. Sad Sad Anyways, I decided to set the unit aside and look for a N3 Screen for an N1 hide-away. I found one on eBay that says that... "NOTE: Unit seems to be fine during bench testing, but it has been reported that when installed in a vehicle the unit will constantly recalculate driving directions / navi malfunctions... selling AS-IS." I would assume this means that the hide-away is having issues, nothing in the screen. I am wanting
