I'm about to install the D3 in my Jeep and after reading several posts I realize that soldering the wires together for the bypass is the best method. However, I'm not too sure what type of solder to buy? Advice and assistance in soldering would be great!

Cool...just found the flash tutorial as well to help. Any known problems with hooking up a PS2 or XBOX as well?

I have a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee currently w/o nav. I just ordered the replacement nav bezel and that should be in shortly. I want to install the D3 with the bypass. Has anyone installed the bypass on an 06 Cherokee and how exactly do you do it? Thanks!
