how do u undo the circuit writer trace??? what do u use to take the old one off??thanks!!

i did the video hack with my n2..wioth circuit board pen, it has worked good for 2 days..and the video is blocked again..what could cause this...also if the connection is loose again...how do i clean up the old solder thing that i did with circuit board pen?
