Okay I got my BTB 200 and my BB 8100 connected and talking Hurray! but it seems the voice dial is not working correctly, I can press it but I get no commands (voice back I get it on my headset), this means I have to be looking at the phone to know what to say (that is not a good thing at all). ANy fixes or is this just how it works? Thanks in advance!

You are in park with the park brake applied right? (at least that is what I have to do to access my AVIC-D3 system to get into the configuration area. You need to make sure you have the device registered correctly as well it took me 3 times of adding and deleting my phone before it started to work.
