Such an awesome knob! It was shipped the day I sent payment; he let me know he received payment, and that it was shipping. I have an old AVIC f800bt that I just stuck this on, and it's great. The unit looked like crap because the paint was coming off the stock knob, so I replaced, and it makes the unit look way better. Good customer service, great product. Thanks.
