my setup is a 2006 toyota sequoia limited with the avic d3, ipod cable, BT200, backup camera. is there a wiring issue here? did the installer not connect a proper wire? when the headlights turn on, isn't the deck supposed to dim down? i see there is a setting there to adjust the dimmer setting. thank you.

Mr Ceddy, i have the D3, btb200, Sprint PPC6700, jetware. i got the phone to pair with the unit, but i have to manually connect each time i get into the car. i also tried to push the contacts, but it showed completed when only 140/160 contacts were sent. i checked the unit and none showed up. is there any other setting that i have to adjust on the phone to get this to work properly? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks for your contribution.

i am having same situation with my Sprint PPC 6700. i have to manually connect everytime. it also confirms that the phonebook was transferred, but nothing on the unit. thanks for your assistance. Anyone have any new info on this phone and it's capatibility with the D3? I have to manually connect through the phone every time, even with the phone registered on the D3. Can't get the phone book to transfer at all either. I'm still under my 30 day grace period so I can trade this phone in for something else if need be.
