That bad?

FNG here... I searched around for a day or so but I don't see anything on here talking about the ability to use the stock wheel controls on a vehicle (in my case, a 2006 F-250). I was a little sad the first time I went to adjust the volume on my wheel and nothing happened.. Is it possible? TIA, Troy
