Already done, now they are saying that they can't resolve the charge until I drop the dispute, and since then they have lied to me at least once on every one of the 7 customer service calls that I have placed for follow up on my credit, I don't trust them to credit me if I drop the dispute.
I had many orders with them and had no problems up to this point, but, this is the first time I've had to return something, and not because I didn't want the product, but because it was defective, this is where they show you what they are made of, and so far it seems to be nothing good that I can see.
