Think twice and check around, one of their managers just lied to me again about 5 minutes ago stating that I had been credited 4 weeks ago, I've spoken to the credit card company 4 or 5 times since that date, no credit. They have also refrained from contact with the credit card company, not returning their calls or e-mails. If you buy from cardomain.com, they give you all the hardware you need to install vehicle specific, and look for a $20 off coupon on line. I'm glad buy.com showed me who they are before I bought my system for my truck, I saved money and got everything I needed right up

Already done, now they are saying that they can't resolve the charge until I drop the dispute, and since then they have lied to me at least once on every one of the 7 customer service calls that I have placed for follow up on my credit, I don't trust them to credit me if I drop the dispute. I had many orders with them and had no problems up to this point, but, this is the first time I've had to return something, and not because I didn't want the product, but because it was defective, this is where they show you what they are made of, and so far it seems to be nothing good that I can see.

Save yourself, never shop at BUY.COM I bought an MP3 player that was defective and did not work with Windows Vista, they told me they would credit me. They received the defective merchandise 5 weeks ago and are still deciding whether or not to credit me. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BUY.COM AGAIN. I purchased things in the past with no problems, but that's where a company shows it's true colors is when something goes wrong. BUY.COM is not the people to have something go wrong with. I installed stereos for a living back in 1989 and 1990, they all had just one blue wire back then, man has the technology improved, this is my first real premium aftermarket stereo since 93 I actually figured out the problem last night, I watched the light on the amp turn off as I switched from radio to DVD, that was it. I then reread the install manual, wasn't sure what they meant by "remote" wire on initial install, just used to using antenae power for the amps I guess, anyway I then looked at the diagram with the amplifier on it. I just installed this unit and love it, but have a problem, I noticed that there is no Subwoofer out with a CD or DVD in the drive. It outputs fine with FM and AM to the Subwoofer. Any thoughts? Would the Hack have anything to do with this? Thanks for any help!!!!!!!!! Attilla
