  1. I have a Z1. If I reset, will I lose all the CDs that I have ripped onto my library? Thanks in advance....
  2. For the VSS wire I tapped into the gray/black wire from the harness like everyone said. But, the readings are WAY off. When I am really driving 60mph my Z1 thinks im only going 15mph. This greatly throws off the GPS. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.....
  3. Originally, I had my Z1 installed in my Jetta. Before selling the car I removed it and a couple months later I reinstalled it into my F-150. Everything seems to have worked fine until I tried to use my Ipod interface and my XM radio. Everything shows up on the screen fine and looks like they are working, but I hear no audio. What gives??? If my ipod interface is on, it shows what album, track, and shows the song like it is playing, but I hear nothing. Same thing for XM. I see all the stations, but no audio. Did I miss a wire during install? I thought it was only two connections per module
  4. I wish that wasent the case... But if I have no choice, I have no choice... I Had an Avic N1 and if I remember correctly, to override the safety feature to watch a movie I just wired the single wire to a ground... Is that the same case for the Avic N3??? Thanks again for your help...
  5. As the topic states. I have already done a search and found a couple people have already asked this question but they all lead to no answers. Is there a harness I can purchase so that the N3 is pretty much plug and play? I know I would still have to hook up the VSS and what not... I searched on Crutchfield and came up with a $129 harness that allows "chime"... WTF??? Did not realize that the sound came from the speakers... Any rate, are there any other install options besides splice hacking the factory harness??? Brand/Model of harness would be nice, as well as where to get the items needed fo
