thx offroader you were bang on.. PROBLEM SOLVED

Hey guys, with your help I was able to install my AVIC-D3 pefectly excvept for a bit of confusion on the Speed Pulse Wire (pink). Obviously connecting this wire wont pinpoint my location or direction. The harness that I picked up has a pink wire (which is at the moment free), are these two to be connected? From reading around ppl say look for pink, violet/red, grey/black, purple/red. Confused
