I've a Pioneer AVIC F940BT (French version) with 4.01 FW and want to update the map to the newest version (2013.Q1 of NavTeq) without pay 139€!!! Oo.
I searched in this forum how to do that but I don't understand the differents "processes".
I found the "testmode" but with the differents downloads my AVIC don't boot in this mode.
I also found the "button press" method with "press and hold the menu, map, eject and the reset buttons" but I haven't got those ones on my F940 (Home, Mode, Eject, Joystick, "Forward" & "Backward")
