I have a N1 that I updated with ebay 80MT East disc. After the update everything worked fine I could use all the navigation functions - no problems. Today I did the bypass (jumper wire) so it would play dvds while driving. Now it plays dvds all the time but I can't use the navigation. Sometimes it will say that I'm in LA but I live in Kentucky? Also sometimes it will say to insert the appropriate disc. And it will not let me use any of the address searches or anything. I did the bypass exactly like it was said in the other thread so I don't think the problem is there. I have know idea what it

I just got my AVIC-N1 back from Pioneer to get the ribbon cable fixed. When I put it in my car the screen slide out but would not pop up. I pushed the close button but it only would close half-way. When I tried to open it again it slid out and stopped. Now it is stuck out and will not pop up. What could be wrong with it? It popped in and out perfect when I sent it to them now they want to charge me $200 dollars to fix something that they messed up.
