My unit ia about 1 yeat old. Lately (last week or so) in the hot weather the Z2 won't boot up, never gets to the logo on the screen. The audio does come on and the volumn control works, but that is all. By turinig the power on/off a few times it may start up. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix or work around?

What is that and where can I find out how it's done?

My guidance mode is grayed out. Were you parked with the e-brake on to get into this mode, and does it stay on when you drive?

I have a new Z2 unit and am having a problem with the navagation routine. I can't get the Route guicance voice to speak. Does the unit have to be in Guidance Mode for the voice to work? The speaker is on and if I press the way point flag it does talk. What am I missing please? Mike

I just acquires a Z2 and can't get the route guidance to talk to me. The speaker is on. Do you have to be in Guide Mode for this to work? If so, mine is grayed out. What needs to be done to get that active? Thanks for the help. Mike

Guess that was the problem. I burned it directly what is nero and how do I get it?

I downloaded the file Z2BypassUpdate.iso and burned it onto a CD. I followed the install instructions and nothing happened. How long should it take to complete the update? Mike
