Update.....It stays on. Loose wire

So I bought a used Avic N-2 from a very trustworthy guy. It was cleaned up by a pioneer certified tech who recalibrated It and so forth. I got the deck wired It myself it worked great for about 2 days and then the screen stopped coming out. I took It Into the same place,got It back within three days (yesterday) and It worked perfect again. He rewired the track system and checked for normal use. I turn off my truck today like I did earlier in the week and turned It back on and my screen doesn't come out. It was installed professionally by a reference and he was very thorough. So I just got my used N2 and I've been on here for a little bit now,but haven't been able to find the answer to my problem. I put In a Dvd yesterday after the Install to check her out (my first!) and It will goto the main menu of the Actual dvd but will not let you do anything from here. What's the problem? Also the N2 Is bypassed. Any help much appreciated. Thanks
