Hi, I recently bought a new truck that had this stereo installed in it by the previous owner. When I go to the "Settings" menu, I can not press the "system setting" or bluetooth setting" buttons as they are grayed out. I tried to update the firmware via SD card but the system won't download it. Any ideas as to what is wrong? Thanks all. I can also be emailed at randymcneely1@gmail.com
