I'll admit, I'm new here.... I might be posting in the wrong area.
I have an avh-p6800dvd, w/ xm, bluetooth and an avic-80dvd.
Problem - the avic has cndv-50mt ver 1.0 - this works. I have the cndv-50mt ver 1.2 and the cndv-70mt. When I try to upgrade I get the dreaded appropriate disk error. I have tried the downgrade instructions, but my first screen is the password screen. My remote does not work like the directions. I push the down button and the field in the screen will turn red all the way to the end of it. Nothing else happens from there. I have search throughout this fo
