i dont know how that could have happened since i had a professional install and the radio sounded great before i put that bypass cd in and did the update

a pt cruiser can you get more trashy than that a pt cruiser sits on the same chassy as a dodge neon. you really should get a z2 for the car it would be the only thing that will work in a few years lol just kidding nice lawn though.

this is my first post so please dont be to harsh. ever since i installed the update cd for the z2 bypass my radio has sounded terrible almost as if the amplified antenna is not on. i thought the problem would be fixed after i had the 2 wire portion of the bypass done but nothing the radio still sounds bad. i remember before i did the update the radio worked and sounded fantastic has the update caused this or is it possible for the amplified antenna to come loose? please help thanks

hope someone could help me with this i had the z2 bypass done when it came out and ever since i put that update cd in the system my radio stations are not as clear now almost as if the amplified antenna is no longer working,i thought it would get better after the bypass was completed cause i had to take it to get the 2 wire portion done. but it still sounds like crap,

i also started with the d3 and was quickly annoyed with the changing cd's all the time so i upgraded to the z2 and have never been happier. the voice command works ok but there has to be no noise espescially if you are trying to make a phone call. you need to speak slow and very clear. but so far so good. i suggest that you also invest in the 6 disc dvd changer i originally got it because i have kids. but it has come in handy even when the kids are not in the car.

wow 700.00 for your install you got truly ripped off i had the z2 and a drop down screen 4 headrest monitors a power adapter with video game input a rear and front view camera and a clifford 50.5 x alarm with tilt sensor and glass sensor plus the hood the doors the tailgate and the inbed trunk wired plus i had a radar detector put in and of course the bluetooth for the z2 and the stearing wheel controls and i paid a total of 180.00 for the install. car toys sounds like a true rip off how much do they charge for labor and how long to install a simple z2? all the places here in the bay area se

THE Z2 IS GREAT IT HAS A FEW DRAWBACKS BUT WHAT SYSTEM DOES NOT. YOU REALLY DO NEED TO READ THE MANUAL AND RELAX YOU TYPED A LONG LIST OF COMPLAINTS BEFORE YOU HAD ALL THE INFO.
