I have a N3 Display and Brain, starting this morning when power is turned on the display lights up (the purple/blueish lighting, not the sub LCD) for about 5 seconds, and then it shuts off, after that no button works, taking the faceplate off the security LED won't blink. If I push the reset button, the display will light up, and the screen will come out, and then everything shuts back off (at no point is there any information on the screen) I've unplugged everything but the power harness and the Navi connection between them and still no dice, unplugging the Navi cable causes the head u

I'm planning on what I am going to need to install a N3 in my wrangler before I actually buy the thing, the install manual is a little vague, If I don't have any add ons (iPod, Sat Radio, Etc) do you still need to hook an IP-Bus cable up between the two units? And if so how long is the one that comes with it? I'm already having to get a extension for the main cable, but I don't know if i'm going to need a longer IP-Bus cable as well. Thanks!
