My AVH-4200NEX recently failed and I’ve been trying to fix it. It’s been throwing the “software error” message so I need to swap out the SD card. I considered buying a replacement SD with the image preloaded on eBay but it’ll cost over $100 with the tariffs and all. Does anyone happen to have a link to the image file or is anyone willing to make a backup for me? I promise to host the backup file indefinitely to help others with this issue. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!

everything seems to work great in the receiver except the radio tuner. Since I bought it (2 weeks ago) , no AM/FM is being displayed on screen despite selecting the HD Radio option . my question ( if someone experienced this before) : in case of the antenna failure, is it true that the tuner will never work or display AM/FM frequency? regardless the quality of the signal reception.?

I have a brand new AVH-4200NEX installed in my 2012 Mazda 6 that is having an issue. Sometimes when I eject the faceplate, the tray that it connects to won't retract to it's upright position. I pop the faceplate off and I can hear it trying to retract but it soon gives up and beeps at me 3 times. If I put the faceplate back on it retracts no problem. Try again and I get the same issue. Hitting the reset button didn't help. This is the second unit that has had this problem. The first one lasted about 2 weeks before this started happening. I returned it for a new unit which lasted 3 days bef
