  1. I've had the Z120BT installed in my truck for 4 years, and a month ago I had my dashboard replaced due to cracks. When I got the truck back, the time was behind by 10 minutes. I can't seem to find any way to adjust the time, and not just the time-zones. I tried disconnecting the battery to see if that would do the trick but nothing. Has anyone seen this?
  2. I am busy with several projects and working with the AVIC-Z150BH and AVIC-X850BT units and every time I switch units in the same vehicle, i.e. remove power, I go through the task of resetting all my presets on AM, FM, and SiriusXM (special HD1-4 stations on the Z150BH), et al, and want to know if anyone is backing these up through Service Mode (a.k.a. test mode). I'm guessing all the WinCE based units are fairly similar. Any help or information is appreciated. Thanks.
  3. So everything was working great yesterday and the NEX 4000 has been installed since they came out (so a while), but this morning clicking the volume increase button just displayed the volume but wouldn't let me increase it. The lower volume button had the same effect. The mute button did nothing. The other physical buttons all worked. I clicked on the EQ and found it grayed out. I went to audio settings and other than changing the mute behavior all other audio settings appeared to be disabled. What happened? My setup is the NEX4000 in a Miata, with the steering wheel controls (Metra
  4. So I formatted my USB drive that had my videos I copied from Youtube, converted online, ran through Handbrake with the settings below (im pretty sure the setting were the same) and loaded on my 64gb USB drive. Viola, the video worked great and so did the audio! It took me forever to find the settings for Handbreak that ACTUALLY worked. Handbreak settings that had worked on my AVIC z130bt. The person I found these setting from was using them on 930bt. Output settings, Container = mp4 file (no checks) Picture tab = Width 624 x (keep aspect ratio) Anamorphic = none Modulus =
  5. I just installed this unit in my 1997 integra the same way I had it installed in my old 96 accord. Now when I turn it on it starts up in a foreign language, the radio, GPS and mp3 work on it. It does not let me access the system settings so I can't change any of the settings. Idk what to do, I've tried grounding what I believe to be the light green wire witch is supposed to be the security one. Any suggestions?
  6. I installed a used avic f 700bt yesterday I followed all the threads on here and hooked up the unit to my 2006 pontiac gto and it works except that the navigation settings and system settings cannot be accessed. The bluetooth won't sink with my iphone, and the usb cord recognizes my iphone 4 and plays the song yet no volume comes out of the speakers. The gps works and gives my current location yet, I am unable to input an adresss for a new destination. The sd card with a new image is not detectible. Even with all these problems it still plays cd's, I have searched the avic forum and similar pr
