  1. Last Tuesday ( I think), my phone showed updates available for the AppRadio App, Car Media Player and Car Keyboard. I did all of the updates, and have seen no difference. Still won't stay paired, my phone asks every time I start my car to pair. Does anybody know what they were for, or supposed to do? I have read all of the threads and I have not seen the answer to my question. If I missed it I apologize.
  2. I have an AVIC-Z140bh nav/dvd system in my car. I bought it because it said it was Android compatable. I have already had a little bit of difficulty transfering my contacts to the unit. But I finally figured that out. The thing plays Pandora through bluetooth easily, which was nice. Dvds and radio works great too. Again, had some difficulty finding the correct format to play ripped music videos on the SD card, but I even overcame that. So now my current problem is finding out how to connect my Droid Razr Maxx to it so I can play AppRadio, DashCommand, Netflix, YouTube, Waze...... Several other models of nav systems Ive seen, have an HDMI port in the back. But the Z140 does not. And according to Pioneers compatability list, the Razr Maxx connects via HDMI. The only thing I can think of is get an HDMI to AV cable converter and hook it up that way. But have no idea if that would work. And that requires me to take it back to the place i had it installed and have them do it because I would rather not. I saw somewhere online that a CD-AH200c Android Connection Kit would do it. But It does not say which model device it is ment for. I am just wondering if anyone here has managed to connect their Android phone to the AVIC-Z140bh?
  3. Z130BT + Android G2x

I got my z130bt installed yesterday, my LG G2x android phone syncs via bluetooth fine. I can even play pandora & spotify through bluetooth. I cant see the titles on the HU, but I can still change tracks/volume via the HU.
  4. Hello, I have I F700bt that has been installed in my wife's car for several years and it has been working great. She just made the jump from an iPhone 4 to a Samsung Galaxy S2 (android phone). The iPhone worked great through the pioneer cable, gave control through the unit, sounded decent, charged the phone, etc. With the Android phone, the only way I can get it to play music through the unit is via the front AUX in, setting "Input 2" to Video; which gets a black screen since I am using a basic 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable out of the headphone jack on the phone. I have tried using a USB to Micro USB cable to connect the phone to the unit. The USB is never recognized, I tried both in mass storage mode as well as debug mode. Majority of files are .m4a copied from itunes into the "music" folder. I also tried a couple .mp3's in the root folder with the same result. I know there has to be a way to get headunit control of the music played on the android phone, but I can't seem to figure it out. HELP!!! Thanks in advance for any help available!
