gschwenk
I did some searching and couldn't find anything so here's my first question. I'm looking at putting an n4 in my 2004 ram 3500 but I'm concerned about the lip on the dash above the stock stereo and it affecting the flip up screen on the n-4. This lip protrudes out beyond the flat front of the radio so I'm wondering how much room there is between the back of the screen and the dash. Has anyone had any luck putting one in the 3rd generation 2500/3500?? Thanks, Geoff
jhodge83
well..the screen is adjustable as far as forward and back angles, plus u dont have to have it flap back towards the dash.
cntrylvr79
About 1.5 inches between the back of the screen and the dash. Don't beleive you'll have any problems whatsoever. Have put in several other flipouts in new dodge trucks without a problem. Avic shouldn't be any different.
