Pioneer Bluetooth Module and BlackJack II - Phonebook

Hello again,

 

I got my BJII to work with the Bluetooth module and it works great! How does the transfer of the phonebook work?

 

I click phonebook transfer and it goes to a blank screen and my phone lights up but nothing is transferred.

 

any ideas?

I have a Blackjack I and the way i had to transfer the phonebook was each contact individually by using the "Beam" feature.

 

When youa re viewing the contact list on the phone, use the menu button to select Beam Contact. Find the name of the Pioneer Bluetooth module after it searches and hit the Beam menu option.

 

It takes a while and is a major PITA but works great once it's done the first time.

 

To do any of this though, you have to register the phone in the D3. After you do that the Phonebook Transfer option won't be grayed out. If you don't know how to register, use your manual or search this forum.
