Torch_Vert Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 Hi, I'm a new DNX7100 owner (have had it about three days now) Overall I really like it, but I've come across one thing that's annoying the heck out of me, and I can't figure out how to correct it (and no, I'm not one of those folks that runs straight to a discussion group for help without even trying , I've read the manual, tried websearches, etc) What's happening is when a DVD is playing, everytime the disk changes chapters, annoying blue data strips with the chapter number, etc pop up for several seconds. Really makes watching a movie less enjoyable. Someone PLEASE tell me there's a way to shut this behaviour off! p.s. (unit has the latest 1.0.9 software loaded) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Sharkman Posted January 31, 2008 Report Share Posted January 31, 2008 Maybe you can look in the screen that shows up that say "Highlight ON"" exit" "scrn" "menu" etc. this is one of the screens while watching if you touch the screen it appears... i think... I am a new 7100 guy and am right there with you and know exactly what you mean i am trying to remember how i fixed it.this screen has a few separate settings other than the menu screen that has the play pause etc. functions.
