christopher43 Posted February 27, 2008 Report Share Posted February 27, 2008 I have the toyota DVD headrest in my 08 fj cruiser,im trying to plug them into my d3 rca jacks ,but the dvd headrest have some type of din cables instead of rca jacks.anyone know what the name of these din connectors so i can find a adapter and get everything plugged together?the dvd units look to be audiovox Quote Link to post Share on other sites

HiFiSi Posted February 27, 2008 Report Share Posted February 27, 2008 By the amount of pins in those cables, I'm guessing they not only supply the monitor with video, but power and control as well... I'm not sure where I would even start to find something to work with those... Maybe if you could find a Toyota dedicated forum with an electronics or stereo board you could find some info or someone who's dealt with this before? Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I forget who they're made by, but if I remember correctly the control module has a pigtail with av inputs.
