Power for Bluetooth and XM?

Recommended Posts

So, the D3 installation guide says "Never feed power to other electronic products by cutting the insulation of the power supply lead..." how/where do I get power for the Bluetooth (CD-BTB200) and XM (GEX-P920XM) modules?

I ignored that.

But, anywhere you get constant 12V, you can get your power source.

Fuse box?

I bought some crimp connects for my install...just need to do it. I've got the same pair that need to be installed, and planned to just tap into the power from the HU. Finding a good ground, though, is gonna be a PITA. I don't want to pull up my carpet.
