biewel Posted March 21, 2008 Report Share Posted March 21, 2008 Does anybody know how to change the Map color combinations. Right now day time and night time are the same colors on my AVIC-D3. DanW Posted March 24, 2008 Report Share Posted March 24, 2008 What is this wire supposed to connect to? Will it dim the unit or change the colors when the headlights are turned on? I just had my D3 installed yesterday, and I also see no difference in the daytime or nighttime setting, and hate having to manually adjust the light level. Dan Quote Link to post Share on other sites

The illumination wire may be hooked up improperly, or you may have daytime running lights that interfere with tat function...
