Kenwood 7100 Help Needed

Recommended Posts

I have installed a DNX7100 in my 06 Pathfinder. Everything seemed to be working fine (IPOD, XM, Nav). Now I have installed my Kenwood BT100 (Bluetooth). Both my XM (Terk) and the BT100 plug in to the CD Changer port on back of 7100. So I plugged the BT100 into the unit and plugged the Terk XM into the back of the BT100. I guess it will run through the Bluetooth unit. The BT100 works fine. And the song/channel/XM info appears on the 7100 screen, but I get no sound.

I know this board is for AVIC's mainly, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Disclaimer:

1. I do not own any NAV systems...(yet)... I have not even stayed in a holiday Inn... but I have been looking and researching NAV systems to buy one.

2. This is my very first post on this subject.

Seems I saw that the XM system has to be closest to the headunit for it to work. I think it has some signals that are not passed thru the other units. (like the bluetooth unit.)

Let us know if this helps.
