N4 - Buzzing noise when switching between AV sources

Hello,

I just had a N4 installed and right away I noticed that their was a buzzing sound in the background when I switch through my AV sources, or when I tap anywhere on the touch screen, or when directions are being read from the GPS. I asked my installer to fix this however he told me that the N4 and the D series all do this... Has anyone else come across this issue and if so... is this normal or can it be fixed? I find it really hard to believe that Pioneer would release a product that does that. (Note: The buzz is only coming out of my front tweeters and it is not constant)
