Scarface
My D3 works great when you use it with power on but engine off. After engine is started all works great but when you turn the engine off the volume goes to the max, damn near blew me out of the truck. Any ideas as to why? help needed!!! whtcrxghst
Are you using a steering wheel adaptor?
mrgoodbar67
question is.......are you using an interface to plug your d3 to your car? I used a gmos06 to interface my d3 to my cadi with bose and everytime i switch the ignition to acc or off from the on position the volume lowers all the way then resumes normal level..... credited to the interface. if you used no interface then i dunno whats up. Scarface
Got it fixed. I had to put the feed to the PAC SWI-PS to the same feed as the D3 and now it works just great. Got the correct way to do it from The Diesel Place.
mrgoodbar67
my sound sucks here and there too, but its because of the faulty interface.... volume is low in rear sometimes, low on right side sometimes, sounds mono sometimes, etc...... and i have no pacswips. ive learned to live with it though. lucky you.
