thisiszachary
I ripped about 5 CDs yesterday and then put my "Soundgarden - Superunknown" CD into the Z1 and saw a quick (less than 3 seconds) error message containing the words "duplicate album" or something to that effect. At that point, I only had 5 CDs in, and none were Soundgarden. It started ripping, but titled the album/tracks as date/time rather than what should be there. Has anyone had this problem? How can I fix it? What about deleting the song(s) or albums from the library? Can that be done too? Thanks.
ducatiboy
Do you have the updated CDDB from Pioneer's web site?
thisiszachary
Yeah, I updated the CDDB before burning anything. :? I had the problem again. This time I was trying to rip the soundtrack to Les Miserables. The error message was something along the lines of "Unable to determine the correct track due to multiple entries in the database." That's not the exact verbage, but pretty much what the error message said. Grr.
elgruen
After the CD rips to the HD, update the album info by pressing the update button on the info screen (info button is on the search-albums screen). This will list all of the album matches and let you select one to update the album info. on the HD.
