wastedtime2525 Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 I have the N1 upgraded with mod chip to N3 and everything worked great for about 6 months. Then my GPS antenna seemed to go dead, i would drive around but it would never acquire a signal. Id unplug it and it would say disconnected. I reset my unit, bought a new antenna and bam, everything worked fine again. About a week later, the same exact problem occured, the antenna wont acquire a signal. I tried moving the antenna around, repositioning and never acquired the signal anywhere. At 50 bucks a pop these antennas are not cheap and I hope that my N3 isnt somehow shorting it out. Any ideas?
