update track title - help!

Hey guys,

So i inserted a cd 2 weeks ago, and hadnt burned it with CD text so i just started typing in titles. I got tired after 3 titles and just said forget this, ill reburn with cd-text.

 

problem is that even though it has been burned (so that gracetone should pick it up), it recognizes it as that first cd with just 3 track titles i manually typed in. I deleted the previous recording from the library, and it made no effect.

 

when i go to the new track and hit update title, the only option is "no title"

 

What can i do?

Make sure you're under the Album category, select the album your trying to update, hit the edit button and in the edit screen you should be able to select the update title option. That will attempt to resolve the album name in the database. If that doesn't work, erase the whole album, reburn and try again.

 

I've noticed sometimes the database won't recognize the info until the complete album is burned.

updating to the newest CDDB March release and recopying to the HDD solved it!
