06f150stx
I just bought a 8" Kicker Comp. with a Kicker ZX100.2 Amp to in stall in my truck. I'm not looking for really loud or hard hitting sound. Just wanting better sound with a little more bass. Do you guys think that this will help?

kaplan_reject
Im a firm believer that no matter what you listen to, you need a little bottem end, a good sub always rounds out a system. You wont be disappointed.

kaplan_reject
More than likely, youll be trading those 8's for a couple of 10's..... Trust me, It never ends.
06f150stx
thats what i'm afraid of. i used to have 2 12" kicker comps years ago on a 1000 watt amp. my wife made me give them up.

kaplan_reject
Your never too old for something you enjoy. I guess im just lucky to have a wife who doesnt mind such things. And with my son, man I wish I had the toys he does... but I guess thats what its all about, I love to see him happy. When Daddy gets a "toy" so does my son. The wifey too btw... I just recent got schooled on Coach purses. (P.S. Stay away from the Coach Store....)

kaplan_reject
Well I can tell you, at least with me anyway, what daddy does is what my son wants to do. Hes only three, but would rather be with me on a tractor or my old man in the crawfish pond than watching tv. Best of luck convincing your wife that you NEED those new twelves.... kaplan_reject
Well Good Luck to you. Remember its easier to beg for forgiveness than to ask for permission. (Tip: Flowers usually help in the begging for forgiveness activities.)
