big-fokker Posted May 24, 2008 Report Share Posted May 24, 2008 Well depending on if this was a pro install or a back-yard n' beer type of install, then you may want to get the person who put it in, back into the dash... I think you can find the proper pin outs and wire color connections on Crutchfield.com, but it really sounds like the installer did not connect the deck to a constant power wire and that's what the deck needs to retain that memory.
