bdubz57 Posted May 28, 2008 Report Share Posted May 28, 2008 I have a 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe that has the factory XM radio with the single yellow antenna connector. I also have the GEX-P10XMT unit with the pink antenna connector. My question is: can I cut off the end of the pink antenna and the yellow factory antenna and connect (solder, butt connector, etc) the pink end to it? Will that work or will the factory wire not sync up with the aftermarket pink connector? I ask this because I trashed my factory yellow connector but still want to use the factory XM antenna...
