amsaudio
We just got ours. We installed it in a toyota land crusier, but we have some questions. 1. It's slow to boot up 2. The i pod screen takes about 8 mintues to remove the bottom screen 3. On bluetooth we have a black berry 8310 that won't sync up thanks for any info as it is a new product. po3po3
Are you sure you had questions? I didn't see any questions in your post...

grgcombs
From what I understand, if you have VR cataloging on, it only has to do that business once (unless your music library changes a lot) ... so let it finish and then you'll be fine ... Granted I don't know this personally, it's just what I've read here.
CamelTowing
If you have it ON, it will do it every time. So let it do its thing once, then turn it OFF. When you add stuff to your ipod, turn it on and let it do its thing again so it catalogs the voice recognition on the new stuff too
mikeinnj
Mine did not do it once I turned VR catalog off. However, mine also forgot all the voice names after I went to go use it again. I would say "Play artist ..." and it would not recognize a single thing. Could have been due to not having the official cable though.
