unrequited
When I connect my Super Nintendo (standard RCA) to either AV1 internally or through the front patch cable (CD-RM10) to the front AV2 input, the GUI locks up. I can hear the audio coming through no problem, but the video gets caught on the first frame it sees. If I twist the volume knob, nothing happens, but as soon as I unplug the video cable (either from AV1 or if I'm using the external AV2) it immediately changes the volume up and down like it had the commands buffered but was frozen. I'm quite pissed. Pioneer Support says it's a new issue and for me to try another video source, but I don't have a video ipod and I haven't gotten around to bringing down my full-size dvd player (don't own a portable either). Does anybody else have this problem? They said if it's independent of video source then I'd probably have to RMA and warranty a new one. I'll have to test that out later tonight. HiFiSi
You can't know what's causing it until you try another video source.
unrequited
My dvd player is broken, and my 360 is too power hungry to run off my little AC/DC adapter. Can anybody confirm a non-ipod video source working or not working on their f-series?
