Sirius, Bluetooth, and Car in Park - Not Working

After over a year of working perfectly, I am having an issue where the Sirius and BT are grayed out when in park. As soon as I shift out of park, they start to work. When I park the car, the system shuts off (only if using Sirius, if I am using iPod, that will continue to work).

 

I checked all of the wiring, and did a system reset and it still does this. Can anyone help or have any idea of what could be causing this problem?

So does it disable it when you put the car in park (like with an automatic transmission) or when you engage the parking brake? the topic and title say two different things.

I'm sorry, when its put in park (not the actual parking brake).

my only guess is when you put your car into park its pinching the p-bus or power for your peripherals. if you located or the nstaller located the wiring or modules down that way sometimes the wires can get pinched if routed/mounted in a bad location. the ipod and swc run off separate plugs on back of radio the btb100 and sirius work off the same p-bus connection. i'd start there. what kind of car?

^ yeah... I'd say that whatever is moving when putting the shifter to park is interfering with the cable(s) or pinching a wire somewhere.

The car is a Lincoln Aviator. I do have those 2 modules in front of the shifter, but I didn't see where the wires would be in the way. I will have to pull them to check it out. Thanks.
